  • Item arrived damaged or broken during delivery
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • Item is significantly different from the description or photos shown
  • Item is defective or does not work on first use
  • Sealed/unopened item returned within 48 hours of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after 48 hours of delivery
  • Cosmetics and personal care products that have been opened
  • Items with signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Customized or specially sourced items (unless defective)
  • Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Items without original packaging

Our team reviews the photos and order details. We typically respond within 2–4 hours with a decision.

Return or Keep

If approved, we arrange pickup of the defective item (at our cost). For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund without return.

Replacement or Refund

We send a replacement item from Dubai (takes 3–5 business days) or process a Mobile Money refund to your original payment number.
