These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExpressCargoUG's website and services. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the ExpressCargoUG website (expresscargoug.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ExpressCargoUG provides online shopping and product delivery services, sourcing products from Dubai, UAE, and delivering them to customers in Uganda. We offer express air delivery with a target delivery time of 3 business days from Dubai to Uganda.
All orders require full payment before dispatch. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Bank Transfer (Stanbic Bank Uganda). Prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change without notice. An order is only confirmed once payment is received and verified by our team. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We aim to deliver within 3 business days from Dubai to Uganda. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by import processing delays, public holidays, or force majeure events beyond our control. Delivery fees are charged based on your location zone (Kampala, Greater Kampala, or Upcountry). We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Product specifications are sourced from manufacturers and may occasionally contain errors. If a product is significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a return or refund under our Returns Policy.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns receive a replacement or Mobile Money refund within 3–7 business days. Cosmetics and opened personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
You may not use our services to: purchase items for resale without prior written agreement; submit false or fraudulent orders; use our platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to circumvent our payment or verification systems; or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages our website or services.
ExpressCargoUG's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by import processing authorities, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
All content on expresscargoug.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ExpressCargoUG and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
